4) Photos & before/after
If you send photos for quoting, we use them to estimate condition and confirm pricing. We may also take before/after photos for quality proof.
- Photos are stored only as long as needed for quoting, service proof, and customer support.
- We do not publicly post your photos without permission.
- If you prefer no photos, tell us — quote defaults to “Normal condition” and may adjust if Heavy.

We use reasonable security measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information (like full card numbers) via text.
